The Story Behind Coaching with Laura
A path toward Luminous Triumphs
Hey there, I’m Laura Tabarez, and I’m excited to welcome you to Coaching with Laura! As a first-generation Latina immigrant and dedicated Mom, I’ve had to navigate a lot of different roles and responsibilities in my search for meaning and fulfillment in my career. As a young girl, I often felt like I didn’t fit in, and the cultural barriers I faced made it difficult to navigate the complexities of life. My experience of parentification forced me to mature quickly and take charge of my life. But I refused to let those obstacles define me. Instead, I used them as fuel to propel me forward, and I’ve emerged as a resilient and determined conscious leader.
As I entered the corporate world, I faced new challenges. I experienced setbacks and moments of self-doubt, but I never lost sight of my goals. I continued to push forward, striving to find meaning and purpose in my work. But as I climbed the corporate ladder, I began to feel like something was missing. I was successful in my career, but I wasn’t fulfilled. I knew that I wanted to make a difference in the world, but I wasn’t sure how to do it.
That’s when I discovered my passion for coaching. Through coaching, I found a way to make a real difference in people’s lives, helping them unlock their true potential and achieve their goals. As I pursued my passion for coaching, I also had to navigate the challenges of work-life, juggling my responsibilities as a Mom with my career aspirations to be a successful corporate leader and customer experience strategist. I took those opportunities to grow and evolve, and I’ve emerged as a dynamic and innovative leader. I hold a BA in Business Leadership, and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organization Psychology, and hold several accreditations including Project Management (PMI), Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF), HeartMath Certified Coach/Mentor (HM), and Consulting Certification.
Through Coaching with Laura, I’ve created a platform that embodies the essence of work-life integration, helping individuals unlock their true potential, navigate the complexities of leadership, and embark upon a journey of growth and success. As an entrepreneur, I’ve continued to strive forward with heart-inspired actions, building a coaching practice that empowers individuals to gain clarity, up-level their careers, and thrive. Together, we are collaboratively forging paths that propel us toward remarkable achievements in our lives and the lives of others. which is what I like to call – Luminous Triumphs.
